Create an account in one of the many available blogging sites. Try Blogger.com, Livejournal.com, Wordpress.com, or even the blogging functions of Friendster.com or Multiply.com.

Step 2
You don’t need to be well versed in HTML, CSS or any of those complicates jargons. These sites above offer design templates for your blog that you could choose.

Step 3
Promote your blog. Send your URL to your friends or to get new people to visit your site, add your site to blog directories such as Blogflux.com, Pinoyblog.com and Pinoyblogosphere.com
