Ingredients:                                        Household Measure
Salt refined                                                       1 T
Curing salt                                                       1/2t
Sugar, refined                                                 1 T
Phospate                                                          1t
Vit. C powder                                                1/4t
Bacon powder                                               1T
Isolate                                                             1T
Carageenan                                                    1t
Water chilled                                                1/2 cup
Meat Enhancer                                            1/4t
Smoke flavor                                                1/4t
MSG                                                                 1/2t

Procedure:

1. Select good quality raw materials
2. Apply ingredients previously dissolve water
3. Cure at refrigeration temp for 8-10 hours
4. Pack with styropore
5. Freeze
